Taste of music

My mother once listened to Mozart to comfort herself before I was born. surely, this is true. In some degree, my parents thought of me as classical music lover because I always listened to Strauss, Beethoven, and Tchaikovsky. I have no idea why I eagerly listened to those kinds of music. But obviously, I am not enthusiastic music lover.
My eagerness to listen to music began when I listened to Led Zeppelin's legendary song " Stairway to Heaven". I haven't experience such a feeling-like I was clubbed.Actually that was 11 years ago and no one listened to rock music, all my friends listened to rhyme in textbook or some anime stuffs. I felt like I was isolated. I'll tell you what, when I was in the charge of tambourine, I played my role like Robert Plant in Led Zeppelin and was given a damn by my teacher saying like" Who do you think you are?? Behave yourself! You obviously ruined atmosphere in this class. think about it!" Well, everyone in the class was fund of music at that time. My exploration of music went another step. then, I'd like to thank my dad giving me a chance to listen to this song. without that experience, I'd never had the intention of being a English literature student. Have you ever experienced this feeling. Sometime I realize that this song was the first one I've ever loved to listen.

  1. I think you probably was trying to add atmosphere to the class: the teacher was imposing it. Keep writing - it's obvious that you are good at it!

  3. I never listened to Classical growing up. My parents only listened to old style country music or to Lawrence welk type music. Stairway to Heaven was a revelation to me too. I rememer how I got goosebumps on my scalp when I heard it.
